Create New Request Type
This feature will allow you to quickly create New Requirements for Projects.
Create New Request Type
1. Navigate to the Request Types page.
Select the Appropriate Jurisdiction and Project Type from the drop-down lists.
Click the New+ button
This will expand the top bar for quick creation of New Requirements
Enter the Name and Description of the Request Type being created.
Select New or ATE (Add to Existing)
Select the Customer Portal Section
Typically set this to Section 1
This changes the section that this application will be on the Custom Portal (CP)
The “Hidden section” will prevent Customers from seeing it in the Customer Portal.
Not Required: Select the WorkType if available.
Click the Save
button to create the requirement.
