Registering your Jurisdiction with Revcord/IQ3

1. To register your Jurisdiction with Revcord/IQ3 to have the ability to use their virtual inspection functionality, navigate to the “General” menu under the “Jurisdiction Config.” sidebar menu. Once there, click “Registered with IQ3” to submit the registration.

Once your Jurisdiction is registered, you’ll want to assign the “IQ3” security role to your inspectors. To do so, navigate to User Account Management, open the user inspector user account, and navigate to the “Security Roles” sub section. Then assign the “IQ3” role. If the user is an account that is assigned to more than one Jurisdiction, and already has this role assigned, press the “Update Registrations” button.

Lastly, enable functionality for all Inspection Types for which you’d like the “Virtual Inspection” functionality to be enabled for.

1. Navigate to “Inspection Types” under the “Work Orders” sidebar menu.

2. Open the inspection type you want to update.

3. Toggle the “Virtual” setting.
