Report an Issue

To report an issue you must be logged into your account. If you do not have an account see https://mygovernmentonline.atlassian.net/l/cp/EnD3Ux0s

Confirm you are logged in and on the desired Jurisdiction portal.

On the Jurisdiction portal, select “Report an Issue” on the left sidebar.

On the next page click “Solutions Center.”

 

Select the issue you would like to report as an application type. Each Jurisdiction will have different options here.

 

Once the issue is selected you will need to complete the form for the details of the issue.
