This page will be used to outline and explain the available configuration options/tools found within the “General” menu under “Project Type Config.” Additional settings will be added to this section of the Admin Tool over time; this page will be updated in unison.

  1. MGO PDF File Revisions Enabled

    1. Enabling this setting toggles on the functionality for the “DMS/MGO PDF File Revisions” functionality for the project type.

    2. By Default, a maximum of 50 files can be added to a single DMS session. This can be increased to a maximum to 100 files.

    3. Once this setting is enabled, for the functionality to be used, individual users who will have access need to be updated to have the appropriate “DMS” security roles assigned to their account. This can be done through the User Management section of the Admin Tool.
