Request Restrictions

This feature will allow the Admin Tool User to Block Dates and/or set Daily CP Inspection Request Limits.

Navigate to Request Restrictions under Work Orders.

Use the top of this pages tab to select the Restricted Days/Times, Block Dates, or Daily CP Inspection Request Limits feature.

Restricted Days/Times

This feature will allow the user to set a restriction between when a customer is making a request and the earliest time the Work Order can be requested to be done.

Ex: A customer is requesting an inspection on Monday morning between 7 - 10 am, then the earliest inspection they could schedule is Tuesday after 1:00 pm.

Notice:

To best understand this feature and maintain the established configuration without causing unexpected issues, please consult with a MGO Staff Member prior to making changes in this area.

The configuration for this section of the admin tool displays/is to be set with Central Time. Meaning if setting anything for 10:00am eastern, this would be set in the software for 9:00am central.

 

  1. Select the Jurisdiction and Project Types.

    1. Project Type can be set to a specific project type or set to ALL project types.

  2. Select the day for this restriction.

    1. Monday - Sunday

  3. Set the From: time that will open the window.

  4. Set the To: time that will close the window.

  5. Set the earliest day and time that the customer can schedule an inspection.

  6. Click Save to put this restriction in place.

 

Existing Day/time Restrictions

This will show the current restrictions in place for the selected Jurisdiction and Project Type.

 

 

Blocked Dates

This feature will allow you to block off specific dates that projects cannot be scheduled on. Most often used for holidays, weekends, or regular internal meeting dates.

  1. Select the Jurisdiction and Project Types

    1. Project Type can be set to a specific project type or set to ALL project types.

  2. Click the New button.

  3. Use the Calendar on the right to select a date

  4. Fill out the Description.

  5. Click Save image-20240412-153954.png to create the Blocked Date.

 

Existing Blocked Dates are shown at the bottom of this page

To Remove Blocked Dates

Click next to Remove Blocked Dates.

Confirm to remove by clicking Yes.

 

Daily CP Inspection Request Limits

This feature allows you to create a daily limit on the number of inspections that can be scheduled for the selected Project Type.

  1. Select the Jurisdiction.

  2. Select the Project Type.

  3. Enter the MAX number of inspection requests that can be created per day.

  4. Click Set Limit to finish
