Editing
Adding Tasks
Tasks can be added from either the “Requirement” or “Inspection Type” section(s) on the left panel by expanding either & dragging a task into a workflow priority.
Removing Tasks
Removing a single task - items can be dragged & dropped from a priority on the right, over to the requirements/inspections area on the left to be removed from the workflow.
Removing a priority and all the tasks within it - clicking the “minus” icon next to a priority will remove the priority and all of the items within it.
Moving Tasks Between Priorities
Tasks can be dragged and dropped between priorities by manually by using your mouse.
Tasks can also be moved from one priority to another (single or multiple) by clicking task(s) to make them blue, then clicking the “Copy” icon next to a priority to move them there.
Workflow Association
Associate a workflow to a Work Type by using the “Work Type Association” dropdown; allowing the workflow to be set on the project upon selection of the Work Type.
Append Group
Append Groups are for Renewal Processes; making a group an append group allows it to be applied to a project that already has a workflow & appends the tasks within the set to the existing steps.
Copying
How to Copy Workflows
Click the “Copy” icon to initiate copy-mode.
Drag a group to the first blank area as the workflow to be copied from.
