Overview

MGO PDF Revisions is a desktop application designed to enhance the MGO DMS (Document Management System) feature by enabling integration with your preferred PDF editor. This compatibility extends to popular editors such as Blue Beam Revu, Adobe, and even the Microsoft Edge PDF Editor. To utilize MGO PDF Revisions, it's essential that the MGO DMS feature is activated for your user account.

Once the DMS feature is enabled on your account and MGO PDF Revisions is installed on a Windows computer, you can initiate sessions with the files you intend to edit. It also allows you to invite others for collaborative editing. To edit files, simply click the 'edit' button next to your selected file(s). The MGO PDF Revisions app will then automatically launch, opening the chosen PDF files in the computer's default PDF editor. Modifications can be made as usual, and any changes will be directly saved to the PDF file(s) in question upon clicking the save button.

1. Ensure that no Pop-Up blockers are active that might prevent the MGO software from loading PDFs or interfere with the MGO PDF Revisions app. Additionally, the DMS feature will not function if your browser is operating in Incognito mode.

2. As this point in time, water mark annotations drawn from Adobe acrobat will not be recorded as a merged annotation.
